Economics 244 Discrete Choice Methods with Simulation There are two versions of this course:
I first taught the course in Spring Semester 2001. In that year, I had the lectures video-taped, since I knew I would be not able to teach the course each year. The material can be used for a distant learning course, using the video-taped lectures. The problem sets for this version are in Gauss, and the lectures describe the problem sets and results.
Later, I revised the material somewhat and re-wrote problem sets in matlab. I did not, however, video-tape the lectures.
You can access the two versions at:
Spring 2001, with on-line lectures.
